Bus & Coach Charter

Our founding vertical: managed coach transportation across Western Europe.

Modern luxury touring coach on an Alpine valley road in Europe, part of the Managed Charter vetted operator network

Coach charter is where Managed Charter started and where the network is deepest: 340+ coaches, mini buses and vans coordinated across nine Western European countries. We organize, coordinate and manage the transportation — the operating carrier is disclosed, vetted and supervised on every program.

Frequently asked questions

Who organizes bus charter for group tours across multiple European countries?

Managed Charter organizes and manages European bus and coach charter as a disclosed agent: we source vetted independent coach operators across nine Western European countries, coordinate multi-operator itineraries, name the operating carrier to the client before contracting, and stay accountable for dispatch, quality control and incident response across the whole program.

What vehicle types are available through the managed coach network?

Six classes: full-size 49–55 seat motorcoaches, 28–35 seat mini coaches, 18–24 seat mini buses, 12–19 seat executive Sprinter vans, VIP coaches with lay-flat seating, and accessibility-equipped vehicles. Every program is matched to the right vehicle class and operator per leg.

Does Managed Charter own or operate the buses?

No. We are a management and coordination company operating a disclosed-agent model. Transportation is performed by independent, licensed coach operators who are named to the client on every program; we remain responsible for sourcing, coordination, quality control and oversight.

Can one partner handle a 14-day itinerary across France, Germany and Italy?

Yes — that is the core use case. Multi-country programs are designed as a planned supplier mix that respects EU driver-hour rules (Regulation 561/2006) and cabotage limits, with clean vehicle hand-offs and one dispatcher contact for the tour leader across the entire itinerary.
