Origin

Managed Charter is the international management brand of BCS Bus Inc. — established to serve a specific need: international tour operators, MICE agencies and religious travel organizations that require recurring, multi-country European coach transportation and prefer a single managed commercial relationship over assembling local suppliers themselves.

The operational foundation is BCS, established in 2012 in Europe as BCS Travel B.V. and expanded to the United States in 2024 as BCS Bus Inc. Over more than a decade the company has built supplier relationships, regional expertise and risk practices across nine Western European countries.

Operating model

Managed Charter does not own buses, does not operate buses and does not perform transportation. We act as the management layer between international clients and a vetted network of 340+ independent coach operators — under a disclosed carrier model where the operating supplier is named to the client. The six service lines we deliver — Transportation Management, Supplier Coordination, Program Management, Multi-Country Operations, Quality Control and Emergency Support — are available standalone or combined into a full managed program.

Coverage

Our managed network covers Western Europe across nine countries: France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. Multi-country itineraries are routinely coordinated across the network. The parent BCS group operates across 20+ countries overall.

Founder

Anton Geier founded BCS Travel B.V. in 2012 and led its growth through a decade of European coach charter operations. Background in military logistics, combined with an entrepreneurial vision around quality-first, no-predefined-packages service. Education: Diplom Kaufmann in Economics & Business Administration; certifications in Digital Marketing Strategy and International Transportation Safety Standards.

Commercial structure

BCS Bus Inc. maintains a U.S. commercial presence — single contract, USD invoicing and ACH payments are available for U.S.-based clients. The operating transportation network remains European. This separation removes procurement friction without changing how the transportation is performed.
