A disclosed agent for everything you can charter in Europe.
Managed Charter organizes bus, air, water and rail charter for international clients — through vetted specialists and a deep network of professional partners, built on 14+ years of European group transportation.
What we are
Managed Charter is a charter management and coordination company — think of a DMC, but for transportation assets. International tour operators, MICE agencies, DMCs and corporate travel teams tell us what a program needs to do; we assemble it from the right verticals — coaches, chauffeured cars and vans, private jets, full aircraft, helicopters, yachts, river ships and private trains — and stay accountable for the whole of it.
Managed Charter is a brand of G.M.S. Ground Mobility Solutions Ltd., registered in the Republic of Cyprus (Reg. No. HE432058), with a registered office in Nicosia. The operational roots are in European coach charter coordination — the discipline the rest of the service is built on.

Operating model
We do not own coaches, aircraft, vessels or trains, and we do not perform transportation. We act as the management layer between international clients and a vetted network of independent operators — under a disclosed carrier model where the operating supplier is named to the client before contracting. The six management service lines — Transportation Management, Supplier Coordination, Program Management, Multi-Country Operations, Quality Control and Emergency Support — apply across every charter vertical, standalone or combined into a full managed program.
Coverage
The managed coach network covers Western Europe across nine countries: France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. Air, water and rail charter partners extend the reach further — Norwegian fjords, the Douro, the Alpine rail corridors — wherever the program leads.
Heritage
The company grew out of more than a decade of European coach charter coordination — the operationally hardest vertical in group travel, where driver-hour law, cabotage rules and multi-operator hand-offs punish improvisation. The supplier relationships, dispatch discipline and risk practices developed on the road since 2012 are what we now apply to every other charter vertical.
Clients
The partner network has served 1,400+ corporate clients to date. Among the Fortune 500 brands whose programs have been served through it:
Corporate client base served via the partner network. Specific program references available under NDA.
Commercial structure
Clients contract with one EU counterparty — G.M.S. Ground Mobility Solutions Ltd. — under a single agreement covering the entire program, across verticals and countries. USD and EUR invoicing are both available, with U.S.-friendly payment rails for American clients. This separation removes procurement friction without changing how the transportation is performed.
